Pros
Great company, growing quickly, benefits increasing. Good onboarding program. Seasoned leadership adding strategic thinking personnel to their ranks. Steady progress towards modernizing procedures and processes. Lots of room for growth, and management is very open to suggestions.
Cons
The office culture seems to be changing with all of the new people being added, many of whom are personal referrals from existing employees. Still, there exists an attitude of favoritism. A male-dominated culture, especially by the long-term leadership.
