If you dare to suggest an idea, you’re treated like a nuisance instead of valued. Salaries are insultingly low, yet they expect you to grind away endless hours as if your life belongs to them. The leadership is selfish, greedy, and completely indifferent to rewarding or recognizing the people who actually keep the place running.
