Overwork their employees. You are getting paid for 40 hours/week but you'll be working 50 hours. They do not have enough staff for the size of the campus. RDs are on-call for emergencies 25% of the time. You'll regularly work nights, weekends, and holidays. You will often be up until 5am dealing with resident problems, fights, parties, medical emergencies, and suicidal residents. You will not be properly trained to handle these incidents. Sexual harassment is not taken seriously.
