There are too many people in administrative positions that make poor decisions, don't trust heir employees and even manage to pass the buck when they make a bad decision onto those employes. HR is aware of the issue but seems unwilling to do anything about it. They are a two year community college that does not help their employees further their educations, yet have been increasingly requiring degrees beyond two years. They also have a tendency to hire from outside the college, which shows their lack of faith in their employees, yet the continually end up higher people who are not qualified for those positions or less qualified than current employees.
