Pros
I love the interaction between the Staff/Faculty/Professionals and Students. Students are our number one priority here. I also like the fact that there are two campuses so it is able to meet the needs for many and in a very broad span of area. The Downtown campus is especially viable to the needs of the students from the City and the westside of Rochester.
Cons
With the yearly lowering of funds from the State - MCC has been cutting back hard on it's departments/opportunities. Departments are being disassembled should people leave, no matter what they're position is - and then reassembled by combining them with other departments - that sometimes does not make sense, but we make it work.
