Pros

Very tight knit group of people from various different areas of expertise. Everyone likes to be at work, no one hurries to leave at the end of the day. A ground breaking company that is definitely going places in the Hospitality Industry.

Cons

The only downside I can think of is that the traffic after work is horrendous due to road construction!
