Pros

The most rewarding aspect of working for Monscierge is being part of a team that is building and delivering genuinely new technology into the market. For a relatively small company, partnering with Global companies such as Apple is a very exciting prospect.

Cons

Co-ordinating effort and resources across the HO in Oklahoma and the EMEA operation in Manchester, UK is always a challenge. Communication needs to be constantly worked on.
