The company has great potential, offering the hospitality industry a best of class experience to their clients. The work atmosphere allows for vision, but does not micromanage. The overall output is expected to ensure the team stays focused to the tasks, versus that of the time clock. The atmosphere enables vast communication forums, and truly focuses on team growth.
