Looks good but pretty bad underneath - Anonymous employee Montage Health Employee Review

Poor morale of many staff- everyone seems paranoid. Promotes from within to "company people" who may not be qualified for their positions. Admin pays "lip service" to caring about employees but don't demonstrate compassion when employees are sick. Waste money hiring consultants to "brand" the organization. Seems to be on a power grab with new health insurance, wellness center etc. How they maintain their ".org" status is puzzling.
