Great hours, independence, weekly clinical supervision, integrative care, very good 1199 benefits including investment in pension after 10 years, comparable salary, dedicated coworkers, annual continuing education budget, wonderful opportunities to impact children & families in school based setting.

Cons

Many demands on productivity means feeling less able to provide QUALITY care when quantity is often the focus. Barriers on creativity, over focus on evidence based interventions as of late, 0 accountability for personnel problems on the part of administration, no upward mobility, 0 advocacy or support for social workers from some supervisors.

Decent fair pay. comprehensive benefits. big institution

Cons

Manager is VERY micromanaging. Very restrictive with sick days and makes you feel bad if you take a sick day off. not considerate at all. You have to stay until 5 PM even though you're done early. Suddenly adds more patients to your supposed bookings for the day and expect you to bend over for them while they can't be considerate of the little things.
