Pros

Staff and physicians are dedicated and caring. However, these values are not supported by management.

Cons

Lacks leadership in this particular clinic to improve morale and provide support to the doctors so doctors can provide quality care without having to be concerned about supply and sanitary condition and daily function of the clinic. Certain staff had found it useful to socialize with management in order to be on their good side. The staff member ,who remained hard-working and believed in providing quality care ,has felt threatened by management. Management more concerned about power.

Decent fair pay. comprehensive benefits. big institution

Cons

Manager is VERY micromanaging. Very restrictive with sick days and makes you feel bad if you take a sick day off. not considerate at all. You have to stay until 5 PM even though you're done early. Suddenly adds more patients to your supposed bookings for the day and expect you to bend over for them while they can't be considerate of the little things.
