Good pay, lots to learn, management has a more "open-door" policy (you are free to discuss issues or ideas with them)
Cons
Nepotism - suitability and experience are nonfactors for advancement, don't do too well in the rough departments or you will be restricted from proper advancement (only lateral movement)
