      Work life balance, flexibility, and pay is the best part of this company. People are friendly for the most part.

      Cons

      Hostile environment inside certain areas. Very little training. Too many of the older people not willing to change.

      Cons

      Although Moog promotes an unlimited PTO policy and emphasizes work-life balance, the actual execution is highly inconsistent and depends heavily on management. Some managers are supportive, while others induce guilt, leading to a culture where employees either underutilize their time or feel uncertain about expectations. Furthermore, compensation lags behind the market average, and internal career growth feels stagnant rather than actively supported.
