      Pros

      The people that work at Moog are great. They hire a large number of co-ops so it's easy to get to know new people.

      Cons

      Workload could be slow at times making it hard to make it through the day. Getting a hold of certain people to advance a project could take some time in order to get time in their schedule.

      Although Moog promotes an unlimited PTO policy and emphasizes work-life balance, the actual execution is highly inconsistent and depends heavily on management. Some managers are supportive, while others induce guilt, leading to a culture where employees either underutilize their time or feel uncertain about expectations. Furthermore, compensation lags behind the market average, and internal career growth feels stagnant rather than actively supported.
