Generally nice people working their

Cons

Way overworked (expected 60-80 hours a week and weekends) for an overdue and way under resourced project. All the managers on the project were completely terrible.

Thank you for your review. Your feedback is incredibly important to us! It is great to hear that you found yourself surrounded by nice co-workers, as that is something we strive to maintain. We are sorry to hear you had a negative, overall experience throughout your time at Moog. What you describe is not what we strive for. As we are always looking for areas to improve, we will look into ways in which we can better train/educate our employees so that we can be most prepared for any situation/project that can arise. Thank you again for your feedback – we truly appreciate your constructive candor.

Pros

Good Health Benefits, and 401K

Cons

Although Moog promotes an unlimited PTO policy and emphasizes work-life balance, the actual execution is highly inconsistent and depends heavily on management. Some managers are supportive, while others induce guilt, leading to a culture where employees either underutilize their time or feel uncertain about expectations. Furthermore, compensation lags behind the market average, and internal career growth feels stagnant rather than actively supported.
