Pros

- Small/Medium business unit, everyone contributes - Autonomy to do work using your best judgement - Experienced engineering team - Flexibility with personal time - Meritocracy - willingness and competence are rewarded

Cons

- Could use some systems modernization (still many paper-driven processes) - Some departments are under-staffed - Business unit is at an inflection point, so changes are happening constantly

Good Health Benefits, and 401K

Cons

Although Moog promotes an unlimited PTO policy and emphasizes work-life balance, the actual execution is highly inconsistent and depends heavily on management. Some managers are supportive, while others induce guilt, leading to a culture where employees either underutilize their time or feel uncertain about expectations. Furthermore, compensation lags behind the market average, and internal career growth feels stagnant rather than actively supported.
