Pros

Coworkers are great and the product line is interesting to work on. The PTO policy is nice, but could use some tweaking. Referral bonuses are available and insurance coverage is about industry standard. Profit sharing plan.

Cons

The PTO policy could use some tweaking. Seniority means nothing anymore, it was almost a slap in the face to us that have been there a significant amount of time. Contracts needs to take into consideration capacity issues. While being able to chase more business is a good problem to have, these aren't the type of jobs you can train somebody to do in a week. Not enough paid holidays, well below industry standard.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for your 10+ years of service! We are happy to hear you like your coworkers and find your work interesting. It was not the intention of the Flexible Planned Vacation Policy to disregard seniority, rather, emphasize the importance of work/life balance. Caring for all our employees is a top priority. Acquiring more work creates an exciting time for our company. We are committed to our hiring process and are always looking to bring on top talent like yourself, so please recommend those you feel would be a good fit. Thank you again for your feedback and we look forward to many more years of working with you!

Pros

Strong company culture, positive work-life balance, co-workers always willing to listen, help out, and contribute to the team environment.

Cons

Very slow in adapting to market conditions, backwards philosophy when developing products (build a new product/technology and then tell sales to find customers)...needs to be customer-centric development. Promotions and internal mobility are encouraged but when it comes time for that, it tends to be more of a 'who you know' versus 'what you know' selection.
