Pros

The benefit package is very good. It includes unlimited sick time, 2 weeks vacation for the first four years. In the 5th year, you get an additional 35 days. Most of the people are very nice and easy to work with.

Cons

Despite having corporate values of "Do the right thing" and "Competence is king", there is very little accountability. If someone in a mid to upper leadership role doesn't want to participate in a corporate program, they can refuse and there are no consequences. The corporate headquarters site is wide open. None of the buildings are locked; employees don't have ID badges; and there is no security. Good thing it's located in the middle of a rural area.

Pros

The company has a bit of a startup-like vibe, and still feels established. They’re pretty open to letting younger engineers take on real responsibility , which makes it a good place to grow. From what I’ve seen in all-hands meetings, the senior leadership also seems to genuinely care about employees—you can kind of tell they’re paying attention and trying to take care of the team.

Cons

There’s nothing perfect, enjoy the time when you get in.
