Underpaid, and HR is by far the worst I’ve seen from any company I’ve been employed with. They are 100% for the managers even if the manager is new and/or doing innaprproate things. The HR department NEEDS a REVAMP ASAP!! Expect you to work weekends/holidays even though most get it off and are at home spending time with loved ones. No work/family balance. They overwork you without properly compensating. Two thumbs….DOWN!

Cons

Although Moog promotes an unlimited PTO policy and emphasizes work-life balance, the actual execution is highly inconsistent and depends heavily on management. Some managers are supportive, while others induce guilt, leading to a culture where employees either underutilize their time or feel uncertain about expectations. Furthermore, compensation lags behind the market average, and internal career growth feels stagnant rather than actively supported.
