      Pros

      End of year profit sharing, stock discounts, very good insurance and medical care. Lots of room for growth either up or laterally, with options to try temporary work with other departments to help you decide if you want to try moving

      Cons

      Either 100% on the throttle, or work slows way down. There is always work but sometimes there is extra downtime

      Although Moog promotes an unlimited PTO policy and emphasizes work-life balance, the actual execution is highly inconsistent and depends heavily on management. Some managers are supportive, while others induce guilt, leading to a culture where employees either underutilize their time or feel uncertain about expectations. Furthermore, compensation lags behind the market average, and internal career growth feels stagnant rather than actively supported.
