Pros

MOOG give me the opportunity to work for them during a very difficult period of my life and I will be thankfully forever. I have worked for several companies on different countries, I can confirm that thee MOOG culture and value are definitely followed for everyone, particularly “We’re All In This Together” and “We Look For Solutions, Not Someone To Blame”.

Cons

Didn’t have opportunity to work for or at MOOG before.

Pros

The company has a bit of a startup-like vibe, and still feels established. They’re pretty open to letting younger engineers take on real responsibility , which makes it a good place to grow. From what I’ve seen in all-hands meetings, the senior leadership also seems to genuinely care about employees—you can kind of tell they’re paying attention and trying to take care of the team.

Cons

There’s nothing perfect, enjoy the time when you get in.

Pros

Good Health Benefits, and 401K

Cons

Although Moog promotes an unlimited PTO policy and emphasizes work-life balance, the actual execution is highly inconsistent and depends heavily on management. Some managers are supportive, while others induce guilt, leading to a culture where employees either underutilize their time or feel uncertain about expectations. Furthermore, compensation lags behind the market average, and internal career growth feels stagnant rather than actively supported.
