I joined the company in April. I love that Moog environment is so diversified. It is all about the inclusiveness for me. The people make one feel welcome and they are always willing to help you navigate through their system.

Cons

Although Moog promotes an unlimited PTO policy and emphasizes work-life balance, the actual execution is highly inconsistent and depends heavily on management. Some managers are supportive, while others induce guilt, leading to a culture where employees either underutilize their time or feel uncertain about expectations. Furthermore, compensation lags behind the market average, and internal career growth feels stagnant rather than actively supported.
