Pros

Good pay, good work life balance, good management. Great benefits. Culture is great, and I mean that, at least in Space where I work. they have your other usual extras like tuition reimbursement. Flexible PTO, but unlike a lot of places they don't hold it against you using it, 4 weeks minimum.

Cons

Could have better training. It can lack direction sometimes.

Although we are happy that you are enjoying many aspects of working with us, we would like to address what you mention in the Cons and Advice to Management fields. At Moog, one of our top priorities is to provide our employees with the tools that they need to succeed. We are continually developing our Learn @ Moog platform, which provides our employees with training classes, courses, certifications, and more. Our Achieve @ Moog platform is another great resource that our employees have access to. This tool can be used to explore and create career goals for your future at Moog. We are always looking for ways to improve our processes to create a more seamless working environment for everyone, so we encourage you to share your thoughts. Thank you again for taking the time to provide your feedback. We’re looking forward to many more years of working with you!

Pros

Good Health Benefits, and 401K

Cons

Although Moog promotes an unlimited PTO policy and emphasizes work-life balance, the actual execution is highly inconsistent and depends heavily on management. Some managers are supportive, while others induce guilt, leading to a culture where employees either underutilize their time or feel uncertain about expectations. Furthermore, compensation lags behind the market average, and internal career growth feels stagnant rather than actively supported.

We encourage you to discuss any specific concerns with your manager or an HR representative. Open communication is key, and we want to ensure that your voice is heard and any issues are addressed.
