      We help Equip Those Who Defend Freedom by designing, manufacturing, and assembling super cool products that go on Nuclear Submarines. The teamwork, culture, and Moog Core Values make work an enjoyable experience. Moog is a company where you can do meaningful work, contribute, and make a difference.

      No cons other than it can be difficult to get hired as they are very selective on who earns the right to join their team.

      I have been at MOOG for over two weeks now in the Salt Lake City, Utah facility. Everyone is very friendly and helpful in a very positive and welcoming atmosphere.

      Cons

      Although Moog promotes an unlimited PTO policy and emphasizes work-life balance, the actual execution is highly inconsistent and depends heavily on management. Some managers are supportive, while others induce guilt, leading to a culture where employees either underutilize their time or feel uncertain about expectations. Furthermore, compensation lags behind the market average, and internal career growth feels stagnant rather than actively supported.
