      Good movement upward. Clean, nice, etc.

      Cons

      Health benefits used to be amazing with 0$ copays and now every plan is high deductible. Pay more to people coming in than to loyal employees. Culture has changed as company is now a global corporation which is expected.

      flexible paid vacation, pharmacy with great discounted otc meds , free bloodwork on site, paid volunteer time off, profit share, great 401k match, discounted stock share

      Pros

      The company has a bit of a startup-like vibe, and still feels established. They’re pretty open to letting younger engineers take on real responsibility , which makes it a good place to grow. From what I’ve seen in all-hands meetings, the senior leadership also seems to genuinely care about employees—you can kind of tell they’re paying attention and trying to take care of the team.

      There’s nothing perfect, enjoy the time when you get in.
