      -company culture of trust -good people work here -good PTO system

      Cons

      -lots of turnover in management -behind the times technologically -corporate is unhelpful -facilities and maintenance severely understaffed

      Pros

      The company has a bit of a startup-like vibe, and still feels established. They’re pretty open to letting younger engineers take on real responsibility , which makes it a good place to grow. From what I’ve seen in all-hands meetings, the senior leadership also seems to genuinely care about employees—you can kind of tell they’re paying attention and trying to take care of the team.

      There’s nothing perfect, enjoy the time when you get in.
