I joined Moon Technolabs as a Senior QA with 5.5 years of experience and signed their 1-year bond with a 3-month probation period. From the very beginning, the work environment was highly toxic, with unethical management, incompetent employees, and a lack of professionalism. Despite working sincerely, it quickly became clear that this was not a company where I could grow. When I decided to resign during my probation period, I was fully prepared to serve the notice period, but the company refused. Instead, they terminated me immediately, demanded ₹1 lakh for “bond breach,” and withheld my salary, relieving letter, and experience letter. This is a clear violation of employee rights. Moon Technolabs operates with unfair employment practices, uses illegal bonds to exploit employees, and creates a toxic work culture where professionals are undervalued and mistreated.
