      Pros

      Great Non Profit organization to work for. They are very mission focused. Lots of opportunities for advancement. Upper management does a great job with demonstrating understanding for work-personal life balance.

      Cons

      The compensation as far as salaries and wages go could certainly be better (though it is a nonprofit). Other than that, there's nothing to really complain about!
