      Truly making a difference in a individual’s life each day.

      Cons

      Like a lot of non profit organizations in the past 10 years. A true division between senior management and others in the organization with layers of bureaucracy and compensation packages. More of a for profit then a nonprofit organization. Causing a higher then normal turnover in hourly staff which causes inconsistent levels with individual clients.

      Supportive Supervisor! Consumer’s treated with respect, Great Benefits, Professional Workplace, Non-traditional work schedule.

      They keep you for ever as a temporary help. When they offer you a job is for less of what you were making
