Pros

The only pros about this place is the free lunch and some coworkers.

Cons

The pay is low, work is that of a business director, lack of communication from the higher management, and incompetence all around. They are not an inclusive workplace

Pros

My coworkers are amazing and supportive

Cons

The higher ups are all best freinds and look put for each other than the employees. I was sexually harrased and bullied and when I took it to my supervisor I was terminated the next day despite outperforming everyone in my region. Im even fearful of leaving this because of retaliation. I had to work weekends, was micromanaged, and terminated for bringing concerns to my supervisor. Majority of my coworkers are afraid to speak up, and me being the one who did was terminated immediately. There is no work life balance. Its all about numbers. Its not about the residents we serve.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about your experience and take concerns regarding workplace conduct, safety, and retaliation extremely seriously. These matters are not aligned with our values, and we encourage team members to report issues through our Paychex Service Center so they can be fully investigated. We appreciate your recognition of your coworkers and will ensure your comments are shared with the appropriate leadership teams for review.
