Not a lot of opportunity for career advancement

This is an excellent company with a staff of talented journalists. As it is still fairly new, it is always fun to see what they cover and how their platform develops. As a freelancer, I have been blown away by how efficient and organized they are in booking projects and talent. It is easy to work for them.

Production meetings are too efficient and don't take up the full 30 minutes scheduled. What am I to do with all that unused time?
