Pros

I enjoyed helping the students as much as possible with the resources available to me.

Cons

Favoritism. Lack of true leadership and lots of micromanagement. No work/life balance. Lack of training and resources. Culture is toxic. Low pay for experience and education expected. Not much in benefits or perks. Must pay for parking and insurance premium is sky high in comparison to pay.

This is a wonderful place that is undeniably mission-driven. We all believe in our students and sacrifice to ensure they have what they need to be successful.

Cons

Although the name holds weight, there are some flaws in the infrastructure physically and systematically. The buildings aren't up to date and there can be a lot of "red tape" when trying to get things done.
