Amazing work culture with fun, vibrant, and exciting traditions. There is always something to look forward to on campus.

Cons

It is easy to become complacent and you may look up and 5 years have passed without you being promoted or developing in your role. You have to be invested in your own growth and push for it.

This is a wonderful place that is undeniably mission-driven. We all believe in our students and sacrifice to ensure they have what they need to be successful.

Cons

Although the name holds weight, there are some flaws in the infrastructure physically and systematically. The buildings aren't up to date and there can be a lot of "red tape" when trying to get things done.
