Some Job Instability Union work is not for everyone Pay is good for the area, but not enough to entice people to relocate

Very dynamic environment with a lot of exciting opportunities for individuals looking to learn. Everybody was generally kind, supportive, and capable. Direct managers were great, and corporate was focused on the right objectives. I would gladly work here again.

Some areas are dirty - to be expected when dealing with carbon and graphite. There's a few chemicals and other physical hazards, so it's important to be aware at all times. The EHS team does a great job though, and are very involved.
