(1) HR is not employee friendly (2) Management will not help you get promoted (3) Company policy changes constantly, no consistency. (EXAMPLE: Got written up for doing something there was no procedure for but after I contested the write up the policy was created and my write up stayed in my file. (4) Manager will hold out on mistakes to review them in front of regional manager (5) Manager would fall asleep inside the office (6) Manager will not help with tasks because the Leasing Agent would not do the correct work (7) Maintenance Supervisor will cut resident's cable when resident got testy with him
