Cons
So many tasks you can't accomplish 1/2 of what's on your priority list. A lot of reporting and mass meetings all the time. Kills the productivity of managing effectively. There is not enough time to learn and implement what you've learned because there are steadily new processes and systems thrown at you and you are off to doing something else daily before you can even grasp what you've learned. Not good for effectiveness. Everyone learns and grasps differently. There needs to be a true gap in the work overload. It's overwhelming.
