Pros
The company is great, they send you to training & offer good benefits.
Cons
First let me say I had over 2 years previous leasing experience with another company and I was very familiar in this field. However--the manager at one of the Dover locations is by far the worst co-worker I have ever had the misfortune of working under. The person I replaced basically ran the place because they had been there for years (although they were not a manager). That said, the manager was very accustomed to not knowing how to perform her job. The manager did not know how to file in court (which is NOT a part of a leasing professionals job) and also did not know how to do late letters among other tasks. The other leasing professional I worked along side with had to do these tasks without credit. Aside from all this, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Even went so far as to call me a female dog in front of the apartments.com representative. I should have gone to HR or reported her, considering I have the recording of our conversation where she "apologized" for calling me said name. Anyway, I could write so much more but approach this job with caution & good luck.
