Pros? Lots of properties to move around to - when you get so fed up with the one you're at

Too many to count... pretty sure corporate Facilities Managers are taking kick backs from out of state contractors. Corporate could not care less about the residents' safety - until the Fire Marshall/ Health department are called. Quality of workmanship is a joke - there is none. A contractor painted a playground improperly and kids are peeling off the paint - and eating it. Hopefully no one gets sick. More concerned about outward appearances that keeping residents happy - and on site management has little to no control because of Corporate Policy. Unless you kiss a... you will get NO WHERE
