Thank you for your feedback. Morgan Properties offers a robust training program for all leasing consultants. Each new leasing consultant is provided with a dedicated Morgan Mentor to assist them in all aspects of their new role at Morgan Properties. Training includes three to four full days of sales and process training at our King of Prussia Corporate office. After that training is completed all Leasing Consultants continue their training on-site with either their supervisor, mentor, or a member of our training department.
