Cons
Reduce funding and demand of amenity Enhancements and increase capital asset funding to improve quality of product, updated replacements of plumbing, roofing, HVAC’s and properly address deferred maintenance of buildings. When purchasing older class communities funding should go to improving quality of product and structure. Include replacement of interior doors and baseboards to compete with newer communities.
