Pros
They have a decent paid time off policy, but you'll lose it and all your commission if they fire you during your first 90 days there.
Cons
Where do I even start? Upper management was rude and petty. They spent more time getting ready for the Morgan Management yearly convention of managers than they did on their actual work. I had to help them plan their skit that each mangement team had to present at the convention. Their software system was terrible and you had to enter the same information into their system several times. Computers took 5 minutes minimum to boot up - but this was also how we had to clock in, so every day you have to get their early just to be clocked in on time due to their super inefficient overloaded crappy computers. The manager lived at the complex and was almost always in her apartment, not the office. She borrowed my phone charger without asking and locked it in her office when she left for the day, and then told me I should have a spare one.The apartments were in bad shape and infested with bedbugs. They have a 90-day probationary period where they can fire you for any reason, and you lose your commission and vacation time that you earned. This happened to me on my 89th day there, after I had rented a bunch of apartments. I was an idiot to work there with that policy in the first place, don't make my mistake!
