Pros
When I first started there were a lot of pros like the pay. Corporate throws nice events and send nice sounding emails of family.
Cons
On site doesn’t practice corporate mission and barely follows company policy. If you aren’t ready to kiss butt to get ahead do not waste your time. If you are ethical and value basic human ethics this is not the place for you. Management treats everyone who isn’t a manager as if you are worthless that is until they need you. They promote within but they don’t advertise all the position so if they don’t want you in the position even if you’re qualified you don’t even get the opportunity to apply or interview. Favoritism isn’t even a strong enough word for this place. Training is non existent if you don’t have a manager willing to take you under you wing (do they like you?) They are liars to customers and employees. They have unrealistic expectations with out the tools “revenue” to meet them. The product is not the best but they expect to get wine prices for a beer. Also there is a lot of vailed racism which is ridiculous when working with majority of minorities.
