Pros
They try to provide in depth training when you first start and that makes you feel like you're part of Team Morgan. But....
Cons
After training you'll have no contact with the corporate office. They expect maximum performance from staff and properties with minimal investment. They are the cheapest, most penny pinching company I've ever worked for. They pay at the bottom of the industry average scale (they pay to get a report for local, regional and national pay scales specific to your position). If you like to keep your personal life separate from your work life, forget it as you will not be in the proper cliques.
