* Great training program * Paid time off/Sick time * Employee events *Commission pay * Small Apartment discount *401K(matched) * Benefits - Health, dental and vision * Chance to meet great people, both employees and residents. It really feels like a family with your co-workers who aren't corporate. * Will usually have great co-workers in your office
Cons
* Corporate is money hungry and does not care about the residents like the people in the offices do. * Very strict on polices * Pay and commission could be better * Corporate cares more about image than their employees * Will have to sell very expensive apartments that are old and have a lot of issues with it and Corporate doesn't care.
