Upper management is not connected or engaged, so middle management is allowed to do whatever they want with no regard. Middle management has created a toxic environment that rivals the Survivor reality show. Its more of Who youre aligned with that determines your success with the company. They have managers that are managing IT departments that have no IT experience. at least for the IT department ITS A REAL CIRCUS! Morgan used to be a great company to work for, but not anymore. I have literally watch the company environment, culture and work place plummet.
