Terrible Properties and insensitive upper management ! ..When I was the third PM hired in less than 4 months I should have known something was up ! ..then the company expects you to turn an a property that was under managed for 2 years , with a 75% delinquency rate, and 200 w/o into gold with a budget created from incorrect prior year info !…the Morgans are great but the philosophy of the company to allow each AVP to run their region like it’s their business is by far the worst decision they ever made . Especially when the AVP is on a power trip ! … so run and don’t walk !
