Is willing to give you early responsibilities and there is a clear career path upwards
Cons
The pay structure has to be revised. It gives the impression that employees are not important. and definitely I feel that merit is not being rewarded where you will get rewarded (or not rewarded) the same as a person who is doing worse than yourself in terms of performance
