Pros

My team is great and I genuinely like the people I work with. The hybrid model is good because I don't have to fight traffic every day to get to the office. Definitely room for growth.

Cons

Hours can be long. Processes can be confusing, if you happen to be on a team with bad training/mentors it can be very frustrating because it can take a while to get a handle on exactly what it is you're doing and why. It's easy to burn out and turnover tends to be high, but that can also create opportunities for growth if you stay. We used to have set desks at the office, but now it's a floating model so you can't really keep your stuff at a desk to make it comfortable for you because you could come in and someone else has taken the spot for the day.

Pros

You receive health benefits day one no waiting period. There estate processing is very good and takes over the entire process but you MUST keep an eye on the entire process to ensure it stays on track.

Cons

Zero to little training Must utilize there AI tool for far too many tries before being able to call a person who can answer your question. Poor middle management skill set not willing to hear or see when there is an issue. This could be solely in the branch where I am. Advisors who are past their prime who think old school If your FA doesn’t pay for your parking then you have to. Firm should at least pay for those CSAs who are registered
