Pros

Lots of events to network in the firm and to meet people outside of your department

Cons

This is a call center job and they don’t let you know that upfront and so it also comes with a lot of micromanaging and micromanagement. You have to wait 18 months to move out of there and it is not easy. The job is very nitpicking. They focus on your weakness and don’t appreciate your strengths.

Pros

You receive health benefits day one no waiting period. There estate processing is very good and takes over the entire process but you MUST keep an eye on the entire process to ensure it stays on track.

Cons

Zero to little training Must utilize there AI tool for far too many tries before being able to call a person who can answer your question. Poor middle management skill set not willing to hear or see when there is an issue. This could be solely in the branch where I am. Advisors who are past their prime who think old school If your FA doesn’t pay for your parking then you have to. Firm should at least pay for those CSAs who are registered
