Pros
The people here are great! There is good support from management and team members when you need assistance. Management trusts you to do your job and does not micromanage.
Cons
Morgan Stanley does not care about the people here doing the work. They like to use scare tactics to make sure that you are do what they want. If you don't get licensed, you will lose your job. At the end of the day that did not happen. Flash forward a year and now they are forcing employees back to an office. For most of us, there is no reason to report to an office. We will still be taking calls virtually and joining team meetings virtually because the team is so spread out. The reason is a business decision but there is no true explanation. All management cares about is making sure you report back to the office and really don't seem to care about the value you are providing to customers, that you are doing your job well and if you are happy. Bottom line if you do not report to the office you will be in trouble. The company does not pay for parking and provides zero incentives to return to the office. The morale at this company is poor and the company culture is horrible.
